  • December 2006, with the team won the Outstanding Chef Awards, sugar showpiece Gold medal with Distinction, Gold medal for chocolate cake, silver medal for plated desserts at the 8th culinary arts competition--FHC in Shanghai
  • April 2006, represent MACAU attended the first Asian Pastry Cup in Singapore,
    With the team won the Best sugar showpiece prize and got the third prize.
  • April 2005, represent CHINA attended the Bakery World Cup in Paris ,
