The first level of the World Chocolate Masters 2007 competition consists of national selections, held at local trade fairs or professional schools. At these national selections, a jury of nationally renowned professionals gathers to evaluate the creativity & technical capacities of their local contestants and the taste of all of their creations.
Each country can select only one finalist!
The actual assignment for the national selections may vary from one country to another. Some are organised in collaboration with existing contests while others follow the official World Chocolate Masters competition rules.
The Organising Committee carefully watches over the level of all national contests before allowing them as an official national selection for the World Chocolate Masters.
At the finals, all finalists have the same assignment! For more info about the finals, please see “World Finals”.
