National Selections: Rules & guidelines

The Danish selection for the World Chocolate Masters takes place on 25-26th February 2007. 

On the first of the competition, all contestants will set up their impressive chocolate showpieces. 
On the second day, they prepare pralines, pastry and a genuine "Mystery Dessert".
