The World Chocolate Masters is open for all creative chocolate professionals who are willing to show their talents to the world. They may be a confectionner, pastry chef, kitchen chef, chocolate instructor, consultant etc.
Anyone who meets the following three criteria can apply for participation in this competition.
All entrants must be employed in the fields of pastry, confectionary, restaurant and catering or professional education.
Entrants must have the nationality of the country for which they apply, or have resided and worked there officially for at least 2 years.
Contestants must be born before 1st January 1985.
All applications must be sent in to the local Barry Callebaut responsible or through the application forms you find under each country, by the specified date. Applicants will be informed of their admission to compete at the latest one month before their national selection.
