Finalist for Taiwan selected in Taipei
The national semi-finals for Taiwan have been held at the Taiwan International Bakery Show in Taipei on 19th April 2007. Lee Yun-Chung won the title of "Taiwanese Chocolate Master" and will represent his home country at the finals in Paris.
The topic for his showpiece was "The Moon Goddess - Chang Er" as the Moon Festival is one of the most important holiday for Chinese people. Families gather together to share Moon cake and Yuzu fruit.
