Adrià Acosta, Albert (°1969) - Spain
- Since 1998: Manager of elBullitaller. Devising the menu of El Bulli with Oriol Castro and Ferran Acosta. 2 months per year & twice per month work in the kitchen of El Bulli.
- 1998: Started up the elBulli workshop together with Oriol Castro.
- 1997-1998: Published his first book "Los postres de El Bulli", which won the award for the best confectionery book in the Perigueux food fair.
- 1985-1997: Member of elBulli staff, in kitchen and pastery. Further education at famous pastry shops such as Turull in Terrassa, Escribà in Barcelona and Totel in Elda, working beside the master, Francisco Torreblanca, as well as a course in Paris with Guy Savoy, and with Martin Berasategui and Jean-Luc Figueres.
